About Peter
Peter focuses on helping SMEs in the Sussex, Surrey and London areas, with a simple mission of helping make those businesses better. He provides a high level of knowledge and expertise in Operations and IT gained from start-ups to FTSE100 companies over two decades.
With the awareness that most SMEs don’t have access to this level of resource due to cost, his part-time model is designed give cost effective access and enable his customers business to increase profitability and customer satisfaction.
WHO IS PETER?
Peter began his career in at Hewlett Packard. His curiosity outweighed his rank, and he spent most of his time asking questions and trying to solve problems. Over ten years in technical and management roles in a wide variety of companies he began to solve more and more complicated business challenges. As his expertise and experience grew, he stepped naturally into senior leadership roles developing and growing business, ensuring that operations and technology worked for the company, not against it.
Over decades, Peter has earned his stripes as a professional problem solver. His experience as an Operations and IT Director gives him the rare ability to understand, communicate and resolve complex business problems, providing strategy guidance, optimising processes, and implementing technologies to enable growth within business across a wide range of sectors.
As an experience operations leader, Peter has delivered both strategic and service leadership, delivering business-growth strategies. With a focus on operational efficiency ensuring that companies drive forwards to success always with the technology platforms and solutions that are both cost-effective and highly effective.
Peter enjoys nothing more than having a positive impact on an organisation and its people, working as a friendly advisor with complete integrity and independence. With the focus on providing a high level of capability and knowledge in to SME companies, giving them the benefit of that experience.
